Declaration means that our employee will make a sworn statement that your document or a copy of the original document is valid, which makes the document eligible for apostille.
This service is NOT applicable for certified copies of marriage certificates, birth certificates, documents issued by a notary, and certified copies from the Companies Registry. For these documents, choose “PUBLIC DOCUMENTS” option.
